1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aisen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

aisen is a platform that enables creators to sell digital assets (photos, videos, graphics, audio) directly to clients and manage campaign deals with brands. The platform provides storefronts, asset management, licensing, campaign workflows, and payment processing.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You may create or join organizations to collaborate with other users under shared settings and permissions.

4. Creator Responsibilities

• You must own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload to the platform.
• You are responsible for setting accurate pricing and licensing terms for your assets.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• You are responsible for fulfilling campaign deal obligations you accept through the platform.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to use purchased assets only in accordance with the license type granted (standard or exclusive).
• You must not redistribute, resell, or sublicense assets unless explicitly permitted by the license terms.
• You are responsible for fulfilling payment obligations for purchases and campaign deals.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Asset purchases and campaign payments are processed through Stripe. Customers are charged at checkout when purchasing assets or paying for campaign deals.
• Storage subscriptions are billed monthly through our billing provider. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Download links for purchased assets expire 30 days after the date of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant aisen a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.

aisen and its branding, design, and technology are the property of aisen and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform's security
• Interfere with other users' ability to use the platform
• Circumvent access controls or download protections
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

aisen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property rights and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of aisen after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
