• Uploaded Content: Digital assets (photos, videos, graphics, audio) that you upload to the platform, along with associated metadata such as file names, descriptions, and pricing.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
• Organization Data: If you join or create an organization, we collect organization name, member roles, and related settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the platform
• Process transactions and send related notifications
• Facilitate asset purchases, campaign deals, and licensing agreements
• Manage your storage subscription and usage

• With Other Users: Your public profile, storefront, and published assets are visible to clients you connect with. Sponsorship deal details are shared between the parties involved.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our users.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Authentication is managed by Clerk with secure session handling. File access is protected by token-based authorization with time-limited download links.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded assets are stored until you delete them or close your account. Purchase records and transaction history are retained as required for financial and legal compliance. Download links expire after 30 days from the date of purchase.
